A 6 week leadership program for female expat leaders
This is hands on work based on your real role, your environment, and the situations you are dealing with right now.

Weeks 1 – 2: Leadership Positioning
This phase sets the foundation for the entire program.

We start by getting clear on your role, your challenges, and what success looks like for you. We align on expectations, define clear goals for six weeks and understand where things are breaking down.

We look at how you are being read at work, where you may be over adapting, and which leadership behaviours are helping or hurting you in your specific environment.

You walk away with:
-
Clear goals and expectations for the six weeks
-
Clarity on how you want to be seen and where you need to adjust
-
A shared focus so the work stays practical and relevant
Weeks 3 – 4: Executive Communication
We work on real situations from your job. Meetings, feedback, decisions, escalations and moments where you need to influence without over explaining or softening your message.

This is about communicating in a way that lands across cultures and power dynamics.

You walk away with:
-
Clear communication tools that work in global settings
-
Practical ways to handle push back and disagreement
-
The ability to say less and still be taken seriously

Weeks 5 – 6: Visibility and Influence
This phase focuses on how influence actually works where you are.

We look at decision making dynamics, visibility opportunities, and relationships that shape perception. The goal is to move from survival mode to intentional leadership without performing or burning out.
You walk away with:
-
A realistic visibility and influence plan for your role
-
Better judgment on where to invest time and energy
-
Clear next steps for growth and recognition

Why This Works
1. Built from lived experience
This program is shaped by my own experience working and leading in global environments as a female expat. I know what it means to be capable and still misread, to adapt constantly, and to navigate unspoken rules. This work exists because I had to figure out what actually works when the system is not neutral.

2. Focused on culture, power, and perception
This work looks beyond skills alone. We focus on how culture shapes expectations, how power influences decisions, and how leadership is read in real workplaces. This is where most leadership challenges for female expats sit, and where this work is grounded.

3. Practical and rooted in real situations
Everything we work on comes from your real role and context. Meetings, conversations, and decisions you are dealing with now. The goal is not theory, but clear adjustments that you can apply immediately and sustain over time.

4. Ongoing support through mentorship and community
You are not doing this in isolation. You become part of a small community of female expats in leadership and have direct access to my mentorship throughout the program. This creates continuity, perspective, and support as you apply the work in real life.
